Rolyn Hills - the B&B is located in the main house surrounded by a large grassy lawn and garden. Guests are welcome to enjoy the peaceful surroundings in this quiet country setting.

    Single: $45 - $50
    Double: $60 - $65
    Extra Person: $15

    Check In Time: 6-8 PM or by arrangement
    Check Out Time: 11:00 or by arrangement

    Cancellation Policy
    Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.

    If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:

  • no charge if able to fill the vacancy
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.

    With last minute cancellation or "no show":
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
