Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide exceptional service, and a full refund will be made available for reservation cancellations or changes with 14 days notice. We will also strive to provide you a full refund (less a $25 cancellation/change fee), for cancellations or changes with less than 14 days notice, provided the suite you reserved is re-booked. In cases where a reservation is for a special event and a 50% deposit was required the 14 day cancellation policy is not in effect and deposit refunds will only be made if the suite is re-booked.
