About our Bed & Breakfast
Marian and Ken welcome you to their home on four acres of unspoilt scenic beauty. Situated in West Bragg Creek just a stone's throw from Kananaskis Country. A back to nature connection providing clean and comfortable accommodation with a great home cooked breakfast in a friendly relaxing atmosphere.
Near by Attractions are 1.5 kilometers to hiking trails, mountain biking and in winter cross country skiing. There are several golf courses within a 20 minute drive. they are Wintergreen Golf Resort, Redwood Meadows Golf and Country Club and Priddis Golf and Country Club. Trail riding,rafting fishing and
Senic Elbow Falls. Bragg Creek is home to many top class and variable priced restaurants,coffee shops and artisan stores. Spruce Meadows host of Internatinal Show Jumping is only 25 minutes away.
Just 40 minutes to downtown Calgary.
Banff National Park and Canmore Nordic Centre are Just 60 minutes drive with many more day trips,historical sights and museums to see. Not only does The Chanterelles offer the "get away from it all" experience of greeting wildlife at your door- But the Waltho's will spoil you with their excellence in culinary delights. Marian earned her professional Chef skills from her European homeland, and has experience as a nutritionist,to bring you the finest and tastiest home cooked breakfast. We offer you pre-arrangements for special diets. Sit by the wood burnig fireplace in winter or or on the deck in summer and enjoy a complimentary beverage.
To Find The Chanterelles Bed and Breakfast
Once you reach Bragg Creek,go west passed the main shopping and parking area. Go over the bridge turn left, this is the opposite to Wintergreen which is to the right. Keep straight on the road until you reach a crossroad about 7 km. Go straight across at the crossroad onto a packed gravel road. Take the first T junction on the left onto Forestry Way. It's about 1 km.from the crossroads to our house. Turn into the first driveway on the right. You will see our names on a post in our driveway.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.
If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:
no charge if able to fill the vacancy1 night rate for a single night reservationor 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.
With last minute cancellation or "no show":1 night rate for a single night reservation50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
