Cancellation Policy
Deposit required is one night rate for a single reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a money order or personal cheque. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit clears the bank. Notice of cancellation must be given by telephone (message if no answer), and/or email 7 days prior to intended arrival. IF able to fill vacancy 50% of total account is refundable. No refund with less than 48 hours notice during "peak" season (May long weekend to Labour Day weekend). Last minute cancellation or "no show" account is non-refundable.
