Separate entrance in quiet southside neighbourhood. Easily accessible to airport, downtown, WEM. Queen sized bed, adjacent bathroom with shower. Large private lounge with fireplace, TV, all decorated in antique decor.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.

If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:

  • no charge if able to fill the vacancy
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.

    With last minute cancellation or "no show":
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
